Thank you for all of the prayers! Clay was able to come home yesterday and felt better than he has in weeks. Thanks to Dr. Rick, the antibiotics and 3 units of blood – he was looking and feeling so much better. Thankfully, he did not even need the giant suitcase I packed for him. The first day we went to Jacksonville on January 7, we only packed for 3 days – and he ended up staying for 24. So I will not be caught unprepared again 😬
Yesterday afternoon, we sat outside for a little bit in the sunshine, went for a walk and just relaxed. However, Honeybun turned into “Runnybun” and escaped the too big harness I found and tried to use on her. She gave us all some extra excitement – I don’t think I’ve ever seen her run so fast!
We are super thankful that we live in Florida, have this beautiful sunny weather and can enjoy some outdoor time. I’m working from home, the kids are on their last day of quarantine home school and Clay is still feeling great. God is good.
